Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Once an order has been processed we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancel an order.

Please select your item carefully as returns for incorrect size are very difficult to manage for us as every order is printed specifically for you. 

PandLuxe Streetwear does not accept returns or refunds on purchased items unless the item is damaged, defective, wrong item was delivered and differs from what was purchased. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product that was received please reach out to us and we may be able to come to a conclusion.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, no smells of perfumes, washing powders or any makeup/fake tan marks and with all tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning items.

Please include your name and order number with your return.

If your return is accepted, We'll send you a return shipping address, As well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at 
support@pandluxestreetwear.com with Your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

PandLuxe Streetwear is not responsible for lost shipments due to the customer providing an insufficient address. Orders lost in this matter will not be refunded or reshipped. 

If a package from PandLuxe Streetwear is delivered with a "confirmation of delivery" from the carrier and the package is lost or stolen AFTER the delivery confirmation, we can not apply a refund or reship your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All of our items are made to order so once the production on your order begins we cannot cancel your order. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Refunds will only be issued for damaged items, defective items and wrong item was delivered and differs from what was purchased, Proof of the faulty items must be provided to our customer care team support@pandluxestreetwear.com prior to sending it back, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, A refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
